1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

The item must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags & packaging intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the returned product.

Products marked as Non-Returnable or Clearance Items cannot be returned.
2. How to Return an Item
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Provide your Order Number & Reason for Return. We will issue a Return Authorization with instructions.

Package the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags & accessories.

Ship the package to the store address provided in your Return Authorization.

Note: Delivery charges for the return are borne by the customer.

Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive & inspect your return, we will notify you via email or phone.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow 7–10 business days (bank processing time may vary).

If rejected, we will provide an explanation & offer to return the item to you (shipping cost borne by you).
4. Exchanges
For exchanges, follow the same process as returns:

5. Defective or Damaged Items
