1. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping across India on all orders above Rs. 1999/-.
- Standard Shipping: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a nominal flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing: All orders are processed and packed with care within 1 to 2 business days from our facility.
- Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach your doorstep within 4 to 5 Working Days. As per Requirements, we also schedule Quick & Urgent Same Day Deliveries at nominal Delivery Charges.
- Please note: Remote locations or regions experiencing extreme weather, festive rushes, or public holidays might occasionally face slight delivery delays.
3. Order Tracking
Excited for your little one’s outfit? We make it easy to follow its journey!
- As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, we will share your Tracking Details via WhatsApp.
- You can effortlessly click the link provided to check exactly where your package is right up to your doorstep.
4. Courier Partners
We partner with reliable and highly reputed domestic courier aggregators to ensure your delicate infant clothing, festive wear, and toys are handled with the utmost care and delivered safely.
5. Delivery Address & Non-Delivery
- Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and a valid contact number at checkout.
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the parcel to us. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our customer service team will reach out to you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
6. Damaged or Tampered Packages
The comfort and safety of your child is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, torn, or tampered with from the outside, please do not accept the Delivery.
- Take a quick photo/video of the package and contact our customer care team immediately via WhatsApp or Email so we can promptly dispatch a replacement or resolve the issue.
